Madonna appears to be the next star to board the NFT train, but instead of flogging a jpeg of a cartoon monkey, it appears like there’s a lot more on offer this time.

The Queen of Pop recently announced the launch of a new limited edition NFT collection, in which a digital depiction of the singer can be seen giving birth to a variety of trees, wildlife, and insects via a 3D scan of her own *vagina , in what can only be described as the most bizarre use of the medium to date.

She teamed up with digital artist, graphic designer, and animator Beeple (whose real name is Michael Joseph Winkelmann) to make three NFTs – also known as non-fungible tokens – which leave very little to imagination.
Collectively entitled Mother of Creation, Madonna certainly bares it all in the racy digital art pieces, which are meant to deliver the message that ‘you never know where you are going to find life, and you can never give up hope,’ according to their website.
The first video, called Mother of Nature, features a digitalized version of Madonna, who is sitting completely *naked on a metal exam table in an empty laboratory.

Madonna has launched a charitable NFT collection – featuring digital depictions of herself naked, 3D scans of her actual *vagina , and videos that show her giving birth to trees

Madonna appears to be the furthest down the line superstar to board the NFT train, but instead of defeating a jpeg of an animation monkey, there appears to be a lot more on offer this time around.

In what has to be described as the strangest use of the medium to date, the Queen of Pop recently announced the release of another limited edition NFT collection, in which a computerized representation of the artist can be seen bringing forth an assortment of trees, wild life, and bugs through her very own 3D sweep *vagina .

Collectively titled ‘Mother of Creation’, the collection – a collaboration between Madge and digital artist Beeple (real name Michael Joseph Winkelmann) – is a series of three unique art pieces which, according to the project’s website, are meant to deliver the message that “you never know where you are going to find life, and you can never give up hope,” and are set to be auctioned off for charity today.

All proceeds from the sales of the NFTs will be donated to three charities chosen by the popstar and the digital creator, all of which 'further their missions in supporting mothers'

Madonna wore her bright blonde locks in a sleek straightened style that tumbled down to her waist.
She donned a white corset with baggy, orange and black shorts. She paired the look with fishnet tights and black boots.
Speaking about the project in an Instagram video alongside Beeple, she explained: ‘The opening of each video is essentially me giving birth.
‘Whether I am giving birth on a tank in a post-apocalyptic city, or a hospital bed in a very sterile hospital environment, I’m doing what women have been doing since the being of time but on a more existential level, I am giving birth to art and creativity.’
She continued: ‘It’s not often that robot centipedes crawl out of my *vagina . I think it’s really important that people know that a lot of thought and conversation went into creating these videos.’
The hitmaker is no stranger to showing off her body, and she has posted numerous nearly-*naked snaps to her social media accounts in recent months.

Talk about up close and personal! How Madonna has been baring it all on social media for months now…

Back in February, to the shock of her fans, Madonna uploaded a *topless photo of herself to Instagram.
The sultry snap showed the superstar posing with no shirt on, as her hair extensions covered her breasts.

She wore a series of necklaces, including a smiley-face choker and a silver, crucifix piece of jewelry.

In December, the mom-of-six posted another slew of racy photos to her Instagram account as she reflected on 2021.
One showed her hanging from her bed frame in fishnet tights and a black thong, while another featured her *topless wearing a hat and a short Marilyn Monroe-style wig.
She joked in the caption: ‘2021 is almost over… Full of extraordinary surprises. I tried to keep my clothes on as often as possible. Merry Christmas.’

The singer, 63 – who often shows off her body in raunchy social media pictures – has brought new meaning to the phrase ‘up close and personal’ with the explicit art videos, which are being sold for charity.

The clip begins with vines coming out of the 63-year-old’s *vagina , before she then proceeds to give birth to an enormous tree.
Bark, branches, and leaves all grow from her private area. Moss and flowers – which are shaped like *vagina s themselves – then begin to cover the tree.
‘My journey through life as a woman is like that of a tree. Starting with a small seed, always pushing against the resistance of the Earth. The endless weight of gravity,’ she could be heard saying throughout the one-minute clip.
‘Scorching heat, pouring rain, and punishing winds. I’ve told myself to be civil so that I won’t break, while predators pick at my fruit and scrape my bark, solve my branches, chop me down, burn me to the ground. They will never destroy my essence nor take my glory nor extinguish my soul.’
‘In a cold laboratory setting, with no sign of life, an opening gives way to a branch that transforms into a full vibrant tree,’ a description on the NFT’s website reads.

‘It pushes against gravity and flowers bloom. The tree may bend or even break, but it continues to recreate and flourish.’
The second clip, entitled Mother of Evolution, features the digitalized version of Madonna – who is once again nude – on top of a rusty old truck.
With her legs spread wide open, butterflies could be seen flying out of her *vagina as she recites the lyrics from her song Justify My Love.
‘I don’t want to be your mother. I don’t want to be your sister either. I just want to be your lover. I want to be your baby,’ she says. ‘We can fly.’
According to the description, the NFT touches on ‘the metamorphosis journey of butterflies, which are one of the most beautiful creations in nature, and a sign of hope.’
‘The butterflies are a metaphor for the paradox that the world is burning down in a post-apocalyptic scene, but there is still evidence of life,’ it continues.
‘We continue to give birth, no matter what destruction is going on, no matter what oppression we face.
‘It relays the important message that if you are waiting for the world to be perfect or for your life to be perfect to create art, it will never happen.

‘We have to do it, for our own survival in this chaotic, unpredictable world.’
The third and final video, called Mother of Technology, shows the Like a Virgin songstress laying *naked in the woods, while metal centipedes crawl out of her genital area.

‘In my hallucination, I saw my beloved’s flower garden. In my vertigo, in my dizziness, in my drunken haze, whirling and dancing like a spinning wheel,’ she says in the video, reciting a poem by 13th century poet Rumi.
‘I saw myself as the source of existence. I was there in the beginning, and I was the spirit of love. Now I am sober. There is only the hangover and the memory of love and only sorrow.
‘I yearn for happiness, I asked for help, I want mercy. My love says, “Look at me and hear me because I am here just for that.”‘
The robotic bugs descend out of her *vagina and make their way into the forest, ‘depicting the way science can also birth light into the world, but only if used with the right consciousness.’

A description of the clip reads, ‘The centipede represents technology – both the life giving-force and the dangers of it, the juxtaposition of dark and light.
‘Technology continues to evolve in the physical, natural and real world; we can do whatever we want, but there are consequences to that. Nature will ultimately win in the end.’
The duo made the NFTs using 3D scans of Madonna, and it took more than a year to complete. An auction for the art is set to open today on SuperRare.
‘When [Beeple] and I decided to collaborate on this project a year ago, I was excited to have the opportunity to share my vision of the world as a mother and an artist with Mike’s own unique point of view,’ Madonna said in a statement.
‘It’s been an amazing journey building this together from an intellectual idea to an emotional story, giving birth to art.
‘I wanted to investigate the concept of creation, not only the way a child enters the world through a woman’s *vagina , but also the way an artist gives birth to creativity.’

All proceeds from the sales of the NFTs will be donated to three charities chosen by the popstar and the digital creator, all of which ‘further their missions in supporting mothers across the globe.’
The three charities are The Voices of Children Foundation, which is dedicated to supporting the women and children affected by the war in Ukraine, The City of Joy, which helps women survivors of severe violence, and Black Mama’s Bail Out, which focuses on bailing-out of black mothers and caregivers who are disproportionately incarcerated.
Beeple is well known for making art inspired by pop culture figures, and is credited with ‘bringing the earning power of crypto art to the forefront,’ HyperAllergic reported.

And in April of the same year, she posted another shirtless photo to her social media.
This one featured her looking away from the camera as her long, blonde hair covered her breasts.
In November 2021, the hitmaker came under fire after she revealed that she didn’t pay her staff while working on a V Magazine photoshoot at the time.
She promoted the cover shoot in a snap that showed photographer Steven Klein holding a knife to her throat while she donned a bunch of tiny braids.

Disgruntled fans quickly flooded the comment section, who blasted the multimillionaire for permitting unpaid labor.
Others were left furious at her braided hairstyle – accusing her of cultural appropriation – and some insisted she was glorifying violence.
Her caption read: ‘Proud of my collaboration with @stevenkleinstudio for @vmagazine knowing that against all odds… and with very little support from non artistic people who kept pushing back – the fact that we did it with almost zero budget, we were still able to make ART!
‘Thanks to all who did support us and slept on couches and worked long hours and for free all to support Madame X who is not only here to disturb the peace but to keep art alive.’

But enough about that, let’s unpack this content so you don’t have to.

In the first video, titled ‘Mother of Nature’, a digitised version of Madonna can be seen sitting completely *naked on a metal exam table in an empty laboratory, when a horde of vines start to shoot out of her *vagina . She then proceeds to give birth to an enormous tree.

Bark, branches, and leaves all begin to grow from her private area, shortly followed by moss and flowers – which are shaped like *vagina s themselves – because y’know – which then begin to cover the tree.

“My journey through life as a woman is like that of a tree. Starting with a small seed, always pushing against the resistance of the Earth. The endless weight of gravity,” Madge can be heard saying throughout the one-minute clip.

The second clip, entitled Mother of Evolution, features the Metaversed Madonna – who is once again nude – on top of a rusty old truck.

With her legs spread wide open, butterflies could be seen flying out of her *vagina as she recites the lyrics from her song Justify My Love.

“I don’t want to be your mother. I don’t want to be your sister either. I just want to be your lover. I want to be your baby,” she says. “We can fly.”

Last but not least, the final clip, titled ‘Mother of Technology’, shows the Like a *Virgin songstress laying *naked in the woods while metal centipedes crawl out of her genital area.

Whatever you say, Madge.

The duo made the NFTs using 3D scans of Madonna, and it took more than a year to complete. An auction for the art is set to open today on SuperRare, in case you read this whole piece and decided to remortgage your parent’s house in order to own one.

Although who knows, given recent reports that the NFT market crashed by up to 92 percent earlier this week, maybe you’ll get lucky and snag one on the cheap in a few weeks time.
